WATERLAT is a research network on Governance and Citizenship in Water Management and Environmental Health with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean.

The network is composed by researchers from Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and has links with the larger research community GOBACIT, including collaborators from Africa and Asia. Although the core partners of the Waterlat network are social scientists, given the nature of the research topics we have engaged water experts, engineers, health scientists, and colleagues from other relevant fields of knowledge as associated collaborators.
